In one sentence

The app collects no personal data, uses no trackers, requires no account, and sends nothing to anyone.

What is stored, and where

What you set is kept only in your phone's own storage, and is never transmitted:

No pet name, no address, no identifier and no photo is requested. Uninstalling the app erases all of it.

What does not exist

No account, no sign-up, no password.
No advertising, no ad network, no tracking pixel.
No analytics tool, no measurement SDK.
No access to your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone. The app requests none of those permissions.
No transmission of your searches: the database ships inside the app, and searching happens offline.

Outgoing connections

The app works entirely offline. It opens a connection only when you explicitly tap:

a source link, which opens the cited reference in your browser;
a poison centre number, which opens your phone app;
the privacy policy or feedback form link;
a sponsor link, from the "Support" screen only.

In every case your browser or phone app takes over, and the site you reach applies its own policy. No identifier, no search term and no profile content is appended to those links.
